I just stumbled on this site while doing a search on kintaro ramen in richmond :p It's cool that there's a singaporean site semi-set up for good food in BC other than makantime. A pity I'm leaving BC soon too (same case with the work visa), but could you drop me a mail of a list of good restaurants here in BC? :D

Hello,

I noticed your comment on the Bellini. The original Bellini was created in 1945 and named after Giovanni Bellini, a famous Italian artist who painted with pinckish hues. The Bellini is made from the white peach, which has some red in the centre, so when you blend it, it turns pink.

The Milestone Bellini (and Moxies version for that matter) are just riding on the coat tails of the name. There is barely anything related to the original drink in either. But, they still taste good.
