mindless ramblings

I went back to the poor Japanese restaurant with no business that I mentioned earlier for lunch today. It was as empty as ever, with only 1 other table occupied when we got there. The lunch boxes are even cheaper than the dinner special. I had a box with chicken teriyaki, california rolls, tempura and salad for just $5.95! Sure they give you less tempura (1 less shrimp and some vegetable), but I’m not complaining.

The thing I just don’t understand why they don’t have more business, I’ve had perfectly decent food there twice now and I’ll be going back since it’s cheap, close by and pretty tasty. It sure beats crossing the road to Richmond Centre and eating the same thing in the food court for double the price.
