DSC00233Tim Horton’s Iced Cappucino never fails to please! I don’t think I am becoming lactose intolerant (I don’t think it is possible), but I’ve been getting tummy aches whenever I drink milky drinks. This isn’t limited to just ice caps, but also milk teas at those HK cafes and bubble tea too. Maybe the milk they use is just going bad or something, but I’ll stick to other drinks for now. A real pity I say!

actually contrary to what was popular belief….. we are born lactose intolerant. it just depends to what varying degree. :P i have never been lactose intolerant but whack a tub of ice cream and it will make you believe otherwise hahaha! not sure where to find resource info on that though.

apparently the cause of breast cancer is over consumption of dairy, there’s a kicker for ya.

and swallowing doesn’t help prevent shit LOL CNN had it so wrong. someone high up in CNN was trying to be funny with his wife i think lol.

Interesting! Funny thing is, I can drink lots of milk and I’m absolutely fine. I may have to take up your offer of eating a whole tub of ice cream. :D

Hmmm I did some quick Googling and it turns out it is entirely possible to be lactose intolerant to certain dairy products only. Therefore, I could drink liters and liters of 1% milk, but get totally sick with say… eating ice cream. It could happen.
